Had a recent chat with a builder from Norfolk. 


He was fuming.


"Lost another job," he said. "Customer went with some cowboy instead. Cheaper quote, flashy website, loads of dodgy reviews."


Proper wound up, he was.


Thing is, this builder does amazing work. His customers love him. But Google him? Crickets.
